they can be modified, without any penalty, only directly by the traveler by accessing the page https://www.caronnatour.com/biglietteria/GestioneBiglietto under the following conditions:
– at least 120 minutes before departure;
– give the opportunity to correct any errors at the time of purchase: within 30 minutes of purchase and within 90 minutes of departure;
– the changes, up to a maximum of 3, will be managed only directly by the traveler via the “Manage your booking” procedure;
– the ticket to which changes have been made cannot be canceled and must be used within 180 days from the date of issue;
– in the event that the ticket change requires an addition of money to adapt to the fare of the new trip, the old ticket will be canceled and a voucher equal to the amount already paid will be issued, to be used within 30 minutes of issue, purchase the new travel ticket following the methods described in the purchase method via voucher.

By purchasing a ticket on the Caronna Tour srl online platform you can cancel the trip up to 90 minutes before departure and obtain a partial or total refund in the form of a voucher:
– the voucher will be valid for 180 days from the date of issue;
– the following table shows the percentage of how much will be refunded, the percentage depends on the advance paid before departure of the booked trip:
  + before 24 hours before departure: 100%
  + before 12 hours before departure: 75%
  + within 6 hours before departure: 50%
  + within 90 minutes before departure: 25%
– the calculation takes as reference the exact departure time (hour, minute, second) and the refund percentage refers only to the amount paid for the purchase of the ticket, if a voucher was used for the purchase this does not will be counted in the reimbursement calculation.

– the vouchers issued will be valid for 180 days and must be used in a single solution, any residues will not be recognised;
– each single voucher can be used for a single trip valid for one or more people;
