INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 04/27/2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, Caronna Tour srl as data controller of personal data, informs you that the personal data you voluntarily made available of Caronna Tour srl will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, with the principles of confidentiality which inspire the activity of Caronna Tour srl. Purpose of the processing
The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• online purchases of passenger transport services;
• fulfillment of contractual and fiscal and accounting obligations, for example, invoicing, administrative, management, organizational and functional services for the execution of the
• contract;
• fulfillment of the obligations established by law, regulations, applicable legislation, including that containing tariff regulations in favor of certain categories, and other provisions issued by authorities vested by law and by supervisory and control bodies;
• assert or defend a right.

The processing of personal data for the above purposes does not require your express consent (art. 6 letter B. and E. of the GDPR): in these cases, in fact, the provision of your personal data is mandatory. Your possible refusal and/or the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information would prevent Caronna Tour srl from carrying out administrative-accounting activities and correctly fulfilling regulatory and contractual obligations.

Data processing methods
The processing of your personal data will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the above purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in the art. 4 no. 2) GDPR, for the above purposes, both on paper and electronically, by means of electronic or automated tools, in compliance with current legislation in particular regarding confidentiality and security and in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of customer rights.
The processing is carried out directly by the Data Controller’s organization, by its managers and/or agents.

Recipients or Categories of recipients of personal data
Your personal data will not be communicated except, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes set out above and in compliance with current legislation on the matter, to the controllers appointed by Caronna Tour srl.

Personal data retention period
Caronna Tour srl will process the Data for the time strictly necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes, without prejudice to any retention terms established by laws or regulations.

Your personal data will be processed in EUROPE.

Rights of the interested party
In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in the art. 15 GDPR and precisely the right to:

• revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation,
• ask the Data Controller to access, rectify or delete (so-called “right to be forgotten”) personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;
• achieve data portability;
• lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if you believe that your rights have been violated.
